Endpoint liveness, daily
the402's unpaid sweep sent one request to each probeable indexed endpoint and recorded whether it answered a well-formed 402 for its own payment address. The cadence follows the answer: often while the endpoint answers, less often once it stops. Endpoints the402 operates, addresses on the sanctions list, endpoints no second source has corroborated and endpoints with nothing the402 can ask unpaid are all excluded. That count was the first public dataset; the sweep is switched off.
